Volunteers Needed (daytime and evening)

The Connect Project is committed to supporting vulnerable adults with a diverse range of backgrounds and needs, including experience of social exclusion, mental ill health and homelessness. Connect helps to raise members’ confidence, self esteem and well being through a wide range of social, therapeutic and educational activities in an informal and relaxed environment.

We are looking for reliable volunteers to assist and support members of the project develop skills and gain confidence in various activities including basic skills, I.T. E.S.O.L. woodwork, arts and craft, cookery, football, cycling, music, drama and gardening. We also need volunteers to provide help and support in the café area. You will receive training when needed, learn new skills, meet people and gain experience in this area of work to add to your c.v.
