<p>It is important that every member of staff working for this organisation is aware of the full range of professional development opportunities and wider entitlements available to them as employees of Caer Las Cymru.</p>
<p><span id="internal-source-marker_0.0896194321103394"><span style="font-weight: bold;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Pension</span></span><br />All staff are eligible on completion of a successful probation period to a contributory pension scheme. Staff must contribute at least 3% whilst the organisation will contribute 5%.<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Holiday Entitlement</span></span><br />Caer Las Cymru operates a sliding scale holiday entitlement. Staff on first year contracts receive 26 days per annum entitlement. In year 2 of employment this figure raises to 28 days, year 3, 30 days per annum. For staff with four years or more service, the leave entitlement finishes at 33 days per annum. &nbsp;<br /><br />Staff working in our residential schemes (such as Willow) receive a similar arrangement that takes into account the impact of working 12 hours shifts on a set rota. <br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Health and Wellbeing</span></span><br />Caer Las believes in promoting a healthy lifestyle and opportunities for its workforce.
