Our vision for 2020 is that each and every person in Wales can experience the level of well-being to which they personally aspire.

That wherever it is possible, Caer Las will help and support those most marginalised to feel safe, be housed, stay housed, clothed, fed and warm, have a sustainable income, have a sense of inclusion, self esteem and confidence, look positively towards the future, enjoy and maintain good health and can look forward to the prospect of meaningful occupation or employment.

Caer Las currently works with over 1500 people every year. Our experience tells us that the demand for our services is increasing, and that demand will continue to increase as our challenges start to have a greater impact.

In an ideal world, there would be no need for the services Caer Las provides, as everyone in Wales would be able to reach their desired level of well-being without the help of charities, social services and Government agencies; sadly we live in a far from ideal world.

Our goal for 2014-2020 is to help and support 15,000 of the most vulnerable and marginalised people in Wales to attain the level of well-being to which they aspire.

Caer Las is a member of FEANTSA, the European Federation of National Organisations working with the Homeless. It was established in 1989 as a European non-governmental organisation to prevent and alleviate the poverty and social exclusion of people threatened by or living in homelessness. It is the only major European network that focuses exclusively on homelessness.
